Healthy Garden Salad
Nice, light, fresh taste! If your family aren't big cilantro fans, you can cut the cilantro in half, as I did - you still get a light lime-cilantro flavour without the herbs being overpowering. I also used olive oil instead of grapeseed, and cut the amount by a third (2 tbsp instead of 3), and it came out great!

Asian Ginger Dressing
Very tasty! Definitely use both sesame and olive oils, though - I used only olive oil as that was all I had, and it came out tasting a bit too strongly of soy sauce. With 1/4 cup sesame oil, this definitely becomes a 5 star recipe!

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing
A good, solid variation on a common theme. I cut the oil to 2 tsp, and increased the dill to 1 tbsp, and it tasted great. I'll definitely be making this again.
