Noodle Kugel

Very good base, I added a chopped Fuji apple, raisins, a teaspoon of cinnamon, vanilla extract and used only 1.25 cups of sugar. I think it tastes better hot than cold

Red Lentil Curry

Omg. This wass so delicious!! I cant believe i had this gem in my recipe box for so long and just now made it. It makes for a great vegan dish!! I used cumin seeds instead of ground cumin and it was just as good. A little stronger cumin flavor, but definitely still very delicious. Also doubled the garlic and triple the ginger...yummo. Thank you for this recipe!

Coconut Curry Tofu

Good base recipe! Needed to add a tablespoon of yellow curry paste, and then it was tres bon! I wanted to get rid of a bunch of veggies in my fridge so instead I used half of an onion, a few mushrooms, and 3 bell peppers (yellow and red) along with the firm cubed tofu.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

not to shabby. I never thought I would be seeking out brussels sprouts after a bad experience with them as a child. I wish they came out with a crispier outer layer...but still very tasty! I will make this again for sure.

yum! Fast, delicious and simple. Just how I like it. However next time I might use medium ground cornmeal or skew the ratio of cornmeal to flour...less flour, more cornmeal. And more oil to make it less crumbly.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Very yummy and simple! I would use red delicious apples to make it sweeter and less tart, and also mix the sauce with the apples first before loading it into the pie crust, with just a little left over to glaze the top crust. Otherwise, great!
