Hummus III
With these slight modifications...it turned out fabulous: I added a few shakes of ground cumin..helps give it an extra flavor kick. I've also added roasted red peppers or a few olives to the party. To make it creamier in consistency, slowly drizzle olive oil in through the top of the processor while its running. Delicious!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
love it! so delicious and nutty! Note: I used regular table salt....when doing so, add a little less than a teaspoon because it absorbs more and makes it taste a little saltier.

Quinoa and Black Beans
yum! Very light, healthy and delicious. My only qualm is that I would be unable to eat this as a main dish because it doesn't make me feel 100% satisfied...I like a bit of fat in my meals hahaha. But its great! WIll add to the regular daily menu!
