Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII
Very close to homemade....I used the pineapple juice from the can and added water to bring up to amount needed. I also added walnuts to the topping...The guys loved it....I may use a yellow cake mix next time!!!!

Green Bean and Potato Salad
This was a great twist on potato salad! Just a little less on the balsamic and add fresh crumbled cooked bacon bits on top! I servrd it cold and it was a HOT HIT!

Oven Fried Chicken III
Very yummy...I added Ranch to the Mayo. and Parm. cheese and Planko to the bread crumbs. It was a hit!!
