Very good! Especially with fresh veggies. For a little extra kick we added some lime juice and cilantro before baking.

I really liked the cake but not the frosting. The recipe wasn't really enough for the whole cake. Also, with the chocolate mixture, it was too heavy to allow the cream to fluff up well. I used a variation of a whipped cream an cocoa powder instead of melted chocolate chips which worked really well.

It was very good and not to sweet. My sister who has sworn off goodies even enjoyed this "fruit" cake. The cake itself is very easy to make but the topping was a little more involved. Overall, it was a big, yummy hit!
