Blackberry Pie IV
It was certainly easy. I had to serve it while it was hot and it ran all over the plate. So, I'm trying it again and waiting to see if it sets up. It also needs more sugar! And, I agree with one of the other reviewers, I put the butter INSIDE the crust..it looks awful on the outside.

Cinnamon Pecan Cookie Bars
I am absolutely shocked by the negative reviews. Obviously, those folks didn't prepare them correctly. They are flaky, crunchy - very similar to shortbread except cinnamony. I get RAVES anytime I make these. So, don't let the negative reviews keep you from trying these!!
