Chipotle Chicken
I loved the flavor of this sauce! I used a less chipotle peppers because of the other reviews, but next time I will use the full amount. I love spicy food. I baked the chicken at 350 for about 25 minutes before the broiling step with the sour cream, and it came out great. I served with orzo, which really went well with the extra sauce and spinach.

Southwestern Chicken Pitas with Chipotle Sauce
Like others, I used a little less peanut butter because the reviews made me nervous. I happened to love the flavor of the sauce, but my fiance hated it (he found it "offensive"). It definitely is different-tasting, so I think people either love it or hate it.

Seven Layer Taco Dip
Wow, this dip was incredible! Everyone at the superbowl party loved it and I got in trouble when I ran out of chips with dip still remaining! I omitted olives and used low fat sour cream - still amazing. I plan on making it again this weekend!
