Fettuccini Carbonara

I love love love this recipe. I didn't change a thing, which I never do the first time I make a recipe, and it turned out delicious! As I write this, I finishing off what was left over from dinner last night, which wasn't much, and I'm having it for breakfast!

Decadent Pumpkin Muffins

Very tasty muffins. The only change I made to this recipe is exchanged 1/2c butter for the yogurt because I forgot to buy it at the store. I also added a brown sugar/flour/cinnamon/butter crumble to the top.

Chicken Marinade

Holy cow! This is the best minestrone I've ever tasted and I've tasted a lot! My husband is Italian and his aunt is known throughout the county for her minestrone soup...among other dishes and this tastes so close to hers it's crazy!

Toffee I

I can't believe how easy this recipe was. Also, my first time attempting toffee so I looked at all of the comments and went with the "cook the sugar first, then add the butter" and it came out perfect. I also used chopped pecans instead of walnuts. I have already passed this recipe on to friends!

A Marinade To Die For

Awesome. There's a real, old fashioned meat market a few miles from where I live. I pay about $40 for tri-tip marinated in something very similar to this. I'll never have to pay that again!
