Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Good flavor, but not nearly as "sticky" as I'd expected--the chicken puts out a lot of water as it cooks, and became dried out as I tried in vain to cook sauce enough to become syrupy. Next time I'm planning to cook sauce down first until it reaches the syrupy stage, then add the chicken after it's mostly cooked.
