Glorious!!! I love this recipe, I've made it at least 5 times now and my guests always rave about it. I love it as a sandwich; pork, coleslaw, on a King's Hawaiian roll, yum! Yes it smells a little funny cooking and yes it's not quite the same as bbq from a fire but that's the beauty of it. We all have a slow cooker, no one has a fire pit. :)

Good stuff. Substituted lots of fresh dill and supplemented with a little feta and kalamata olives for a little more zest.

The spread tastes great and fresh, but we found that the sour cream mixture clashed with oil of the butter.
