Best Marinara Sauce Yet

This was very good and easy. I added more garlic and onion just b/c I'm a huge fan of the two. I threw it all in the crock pot and cooked on low for about 6 hours. I added cooked ground beef the last hour. Turned out very tasty. I will try a few other things next time to bring it up to 5 star quality!

Country Barbecued Chicken

Easy and awesome taste. I use this sauce whenever I need BBQ. It makes great pulled BBQ chicken sanwiches. LOVE it!!

Chicken Fried Chicken

I gave this a 3, but my husband gave it a 5, so we settled with a 4. It was good, but I felt like it was a little bland. The breading also didn't stick well. A lot came off when it was cooking. I'm from Kentucky and can fry some pretty good chicken, but I was in the mood for something different. I will try this again and add more seasoning and double dip when I'm breading it, but only b/c my husband and kids liked it. Maybe I was just expecting more b/c of all the great reviews.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

These were very good. I would rate them a 4.5 really. I didn't have enough green pepper so I added a 4oz can of green chilis. I also only put 1/2 cup of corn in and mixed the beans into the meat mixture! Turned out great. Pretty easy to throw together. I had some filling left over and it was great with tortilla chips!!! Very authentic flavor!

Banana Cream Pie I

This was sooo easy and sooo delicious! I took the advice from a few reviews and it turned out great! I only had flour, so I made sure the 1/3c. was packed as other suggested. I also only had 1% milk, but I had a little heavy whipping cream left over from another recipe. I used 3/4 c. cream and the rest 1% milk. I folded in 3 thinly sliced bananas and did NOT bake it. It set up wonderfully. Nice and creamy! I topped it off with a thin layer of cool whip and it was gone in a few minutes! I will never use another recipe. This is the one!!!!
