About this Cook
I have love to cook since I was a small child. My grandma would always let me help her in the kitchen and I fell in love with it! At one point I wanted to go to culinary school, but I decided on a different path so that I would never get tired of cooking!
My favorite things to cook
I love to get creative and try new things. I am best at dessert and pasta dishes!
My cooking triumphs
I made the best chicken ever by combining a few of my favorite recipes. I wasn't sure at the time if it would turn out, but it was AWESOME! My husband and our four year old request it all the time!
My cooking tragedies
I made the nastiest orange chicken ever! It was a recipe that someone gave to me and said it was great. Boy were they wrong! The worst part was that I had invited my in-laws over for dinner and they had to suffer through it. I wouldn't even eat it, but they were too polite and ate it anyways. I tried to tell that that it wouldn't bother me a bit, but they are just too nice.

Caramel Apple Pie II
This was AWESOME! I made 3 in one weekend cause I wanted all my friends to try it! I tried it with both regular caramels and also the caramel dip. Both tasted great but the dip was smoother...especially after it was refrigerated. I have made with a crumb topping too and it was also delish!!! Thanks for sharing.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I tried this because I had all the ingrediants on hand. It turned out very YUMMY! I liked that it wasn't completely breaded. I always feel like the bottom gets soggy, and texture is big for me, so this was great! The top was breaded and crispy just the way chicken cordon blue should be in my opinion. Next time I might try it with provavlone as other suggested cause my kids aren't big fans of swiss! Thanks for sharing...this is a keeper!!!!

Quick Spaghetti Sauce
This was a great base recipe. I followed it exactly before added anything, but it was a little bland for my taste. I added more minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt and sugar. I threw in some ground beef and it was pretty tasty. Thanks!!!
