Double-Delight Peanut Butter Cookies
This cookies were crispy, I prefer soft and chewy. Also, the peanut butter filling was very runny, so added additional powdered sugar to make it easy to roll into balls. Good flavor, but not a "do-over" at my house.

Marinated Shrimp
I made this recipe for a holiday get-together. I had two requests for the recipe. It was very good...but I thought the shrimp were better the next day (as I had a few left over). Also, since I really like capers...next time I will add more.
