Love trying new recipes. Especially enjoy doing pastry. Being known to do better pastry than my mother-in-law. And, she was the one who taught my how to do homemade pastry. My wife and I where in the dating stage. I was so nervous, that I forgot to drain the fat off of some ground hamburg, I was cooking for one of my special pasta dishes. The meat got put into the sauce and simply ruined it. It was quite awful. That was the last mistake made in the kitchen. Glad to report, that was 15 years ago. So, I am on a roll now. :)
