I am a busy mom of five - ages 7, 3, 2, and 17 month old twins. I work full time as a high school special education teacher. I love to cook, and especially love to bake, but time constraints limit what I can do in the kitchen ten months of the year! We love our traditional family recipes - stuffed cabbage rolls and chicken paprikas - but never say no to anything with chicken or pasta. I love baking cookies and cakes and would enjoy becoming more adept with pastries and pies. Noodles and cabbage - you just can't go wrong with bacon and cabbage!
