Gourmet Chicken Pizza
WOW! That was great pizza!! I've made this twice now. First time I made it with a homemade crust and half fresh tomatoes half canned and it was divine!! Next time I used a refrigerated pizza crust and all canned tomatoes. It was good, but not AS good, of course.
Watch out when you're using canned crust. I didn't check it until 25 min and it was WAY overcooked. (And my oven usually takes longer to cook things)
