Brunch Enchiladas

I found this dish to be extremely dry and very un-flavorful. I will not make this again or even bother trying to "fix" the recipe!

Creme Brulee French Toast

This is really a nice recipe. My husband even enjoys this dish! The only alteration I make is to use more slices of bread; six slices doesn't cover the dish so I use enough to cover the bottom.

Pumpkin Dump Cake

Everyone at work enjoyed this. I made it with extra butter with great results. Have the whipped cream ready to serve with this one!
