Chicken Pot Pie IX
This was a hugh hit with my family. I made a few modifications. I substituted celery with potatoes (about 1 cup, cubed). I was sure to added more seasonings as other reviewers had suggested and the flavor and aroma was supurb. To the liquid mixture I added salt, pepper, onion powder, poultry seasoning, and 3 cloves or garlic. When this was mixed with the butter, flour, and milk mixture the kitchen filled with a wonderful sent. (I omitted the onion b/c I didn't have one.) I also brushed a beaten egg over the bottom crust before I added the filling and baked it for about 5 minutes. Once the filling was put in the baked bottom pie crust, I put on the top crust. I brushed the top with egg and cut slits into it. I cooked it at 375 for 40 minutes. It came out a nice golden brown. The flavor was exceptional and it was not runny at all. I will be making this one again!~)

Dessert Pizza
This Dessert Pizza was a HUGE hit! I've taken others' suggestions and used 4 oz. of fat free cool whip and about 4 oz. of low fat cream cheese. I also cut the cookie crust into slices and strategically placed the strawberries, kiwi, and berries so that when a slice was taken, the presentation was well kept. As my son says, "It's not an option to not make this again!" Delicious!
