White Texas Sheet Cake
Hands down the best white cake I have ever tasted. I made this for my husband’s birthday party. I was asked for the recipe repeatedly. I did add a lot of milk to the icing as I found it was too thick. I also made the cake with vanilla extract. I used a hot knife to spread the icing.

Sunday Brunch Casserole
I was pretty unsure about this one, but we had a potluck brunch to go to and I had no idea what to make. This was awesome, and I don't even like green peppers or onions. I made it with turkey bacon. It was a hit at the brunch.

Banana Slush Punch
I originally got this recipe from my grandmother. This is hands down the best punch I have ever had. Always a hit at our parties, and it always all goes (even though everyone is usually drinking alcohol too). I get countless compliments on it.
