quick and easy, perfect to entertain guests with. my guests raved about this dish and even asked for the recipe a week later. They said they couldn't stop thinking about how good it was!

What a wonderful recipe! i've made this twice since I've found it -both times my dinner guests raved about the dish. i couldn't find adobo seasoning in my local grocery store, so I used some of the ingredients found in the mexican seasoning - mexican oregano, cumin, and powdered garlic. easy, easy recipe and oh-so-good!

Yummy! Especially if you're like me, and like that sort of sweet and salty combination. We used Muscadine Grape jelly instead of the Current, and it was great!
