Montreal Steak Seasoned Mashed Potatoes
I cut the recipe in half for my family and these turned out sooo yummy. They're quite rich and not for the dieter but definitely amazing on a chilly winter night. I served them with a pork roast and brocccoli/cauliflower casserole.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I followed this recipe exactly and was not overwhelmingly impressed at all. It was good, but nothing special. I made it for my chocoholic son's 12th bday today and was somewhat disappointed. It was definitely pretty and the consistency was fine..it was just the flavor that was a bit lacking.
