The Devil's Own Deviled Eggs
Delicious but I left out the jalapeno because we didn't have any. The 1/4 habanero I used was plenty. The little fiery bits are the perfect kick.

Cheesy Baked Eggplant
Incredibly good and easy. Prepared as written, and everything was just the right texture. Very good vegetarian dish. We served with some pasta on the side.

Chicken Fried Chicken
I added a variety of crackers (saltines, Melba wheat and Wasa whole grain) as well as extra seasonings. I baked the chicken and doused with butter the last 10 minutes of baking. It still wasn't flavorful enough. Next time I'll put on a ton of seasoned salt (I used cajun). I would give it 3 1/2 stars if possible, but not quite 4.
