Chicken Piccata II
Very quick and easy - Very Good! I used beef bouilon becasue that's all I had and it came out fine. Also it it is better with chicken that is cut a little thinner

Pumpkin Muffins II
I love this recipe! An orange glaze gives it just a touch of sweetness! 1 cup confectioners sugar, 4 teaspoons orange juice, 3/4 teaspoon orange zest. As a loaf bake for about an hour.

Chicken In Basil Cream
When I cooked this I had the pot too hot so the bread crumbs burned in an instant. I would recommend using thinner strips of chicken and a lower fire
