Four Cheese Macaroni
My husband said this was the best mac & chz he had ever had! I did leave out the egg and doubled the processed chz. Even left overs tasted gooooood.

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato
Nice and easy. The seasoning wasn't too over-whelming, but just right.

Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs
This was good. I thought the sauce was a bit too sweet for my husband's taste but he didn't seem to think so. Not sure I would make this again, the sause was a bit time-consuming and you can buy great BBQ sauce bottled these days.
