Butternut Squash Risotto
Absolutely loved it! My husband was begging for more. I used pecorino romano instead of parmesan.

Tasty and easy recipe! I added carrots and peas, and tripled the spices. I also make ahead at least 1 day. I double the recipe and freeze half for later. Yummy!

Easy Masoor Daal
We loved this recipe! I make it at least one day in advance, the flavors really get strong after a day or two. I tripled the spices, we like things pretty hot.
