Love it!!! made in mini muffin tins and used brownie mix for top layer with rasberry filling. YUM!

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken
Used half and half instead of cream. Turned out great.

Sweet Potato-Turkey Meatloaf
YUM! Didn't have the Honey BBq sauce so left it out. Mixed 1 T honey with ketchup and put half in and half over top. Used 3 sliced of bread. Turned out great. Very peppery...may reduce pepper amt next time.
