Orange Pecan French Toast
This was amazing. I pretty much made as is, but added some dried cranberries in with the pecan brown sugar mixture. After baking, I let it sit for about 15 minutes and the nut mixture was nice and gooey. A holiday favorite.

Winter Chicken Bake
Fantastic. I used a generous amount of BBQ sauce and added dried cranberries instead of fresh. The combination of the onions and apples tasted wonderful. Also added salt and pepper to the top. Overall, the type of meal that has me thinking about it well after the dishes are done.

Spinach Salad with Honey Dressing
I made this dressing and used it with a different spinach salad made with egg, tomatoes, bacon, cheddar, almonds, grilled chicken, croûtons and red onion. This was simply outstanding. The kind of salad that leaves you thinking about it for days later.
