Dill Pickle Meatloaf
I usually don't like the sauce on top of meatloaf, but this was terrific. I substituted Magi for worchester sauce as I didn't have any. It was great. Quite a nice blend of flavors. I will definitely make this again.

Elegant Zucchini and Tomatoes
Great recipe. I made some modifications. First of all, I did not use the bacon at all. For frying I used olive oil. I used yellow onions, minced garlic (lots), a dash of balsamic vinegar, and added ripe olives. I used feta cheese instead of blue cheese.

Holiday Cranberry-Pomegranate Sauce
Healthful choice with the added texture of pomegranate seeds is a fantastic holiday "cranberry sauce". My family raved and I've made it just because. I made the recipe just as is.
