Savory Chicken Breasts
I changed the recipe somewhat and the whole family really liked the end result. I used 6 slices of Swiss, added some bacon bits, a splash of white wine, and mushrooms, doubled the milk and used both cr. of chicken and cr. of mushroom soups. I liberally sprinkled the chicken with garlic powder, pepper and a French herb blend of seasonings. Next time, I may leave out the bacon bits or use real chopped bacon I have fried. I melted the butter and mixed it with Panko bread crumbs. I liked the topping.

All-Around Good Smoothie
I used Weight Watcher's white chocolate cheesecake flavored yogurt and it was delicious. I considered adding a little Splenda, but decided not to since it was already a light refreshing taste. I left out the flax seeds.

Easy Grilled Chicken Teriyaki
I used about 3/4 cup of teriyaki sauce with sesame seeds already in it, 2 tsp. lime juice, a hearty squeeze of honey from the bottle, 2 tbs. minced garlic, and a small can of pineapple chunks(including the juice). These were the things I had on hand (no sesame oil). I marinaded chicken tenderloin strips in this for about 2 hours. I sprayed the grill with olive oil then put the chicken and pineapple chunks on skewers and grilled them. The whole family enjoyed this yummy "chicken on a stick."
