I get in cooking moods...I am always ready to cook around the holidays. I am not one come home everyday from work and cook. I love having leftovers. I love to bake and like to grill in the summer. Having most family gatherings at our house... I guess I am the cooking tradition. My mom still makes the most awesome dressing ever! I can put a large meal together well. I like to do the prepping the day before and it all comes together nicely when it's time. I have made several flops! The worst was wehen I made porcupine meatballs and the rice did not cook. I still don't know exactly where the recipe(or I) went wrong.
