Hamburger Salad Sandwiches
Sounded totally weird but was totally good. EASY! My husband does not care for sloppy joes but loved this. It is VERY important to use fresh tomatoes, that's what makes it great. I stuck right to the receipe other than I added a small amount of Worchestershire sauce & a little catsup. Omitted the pickles cause don't really like them. Great stuff!!!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
THIS WAS A GREAT & EASY WAY TO GET OUR SON (17) TO EAT HIS VEGGIES. HE GOBBLED IT UP. THE ONLY THINGS I CHANGED WAS I MICRO THE BROCCOLI FIRST INSTEAD OF STOVE TOP & LEFT OUT THE CASHEWS (MY GUYS DON'T LIKE NUTS IN THEIR FOOD), OTHERWISE STUCK TO THE RECIPE AS WRITTEN. IT IS DIFFENITELY A KEEPER. TKS!

Rice Casserole
This was a great basic start. I changed & added a few things:I don't do instant rice I do regular long grain rice, so since I did that I added 1 cup veggie broth (buy in cartons). Also, I added top ramen noodles only not the spice pkg (I don know in funcky mood I guess). I did not microwave, I covered w/foil & baked for about an hour or so. IT WORKED & TOTALLY AWESOME!! Husband loved it! Thanks Sarah for the basics. Shows to go ya..always play with your food.
