Chinese Broccoli

I used this for a sauce for a broccoli slaw and it tasted great thanks for something different to use on my slaw rather then a peanut butter !

This was a great way to use leftover strip steak that i had grilled....very easy to make, i did not add the veggies just kept with onions and a little garlic and the family loved it !

Oatmeal Baked Chicken

I really enjoyed this recipe and the family loved it to ! I did use half butter and olive oil and ran the oatmeal with spices in my food processor and it fooled the family they couldn't believe it was oatmeal !

Mom's 'Sweet 'n' Sours' Pork Ribs

this was delicious, I grilled the ribs partially the night before and slow cooked them the next day, doubled the sauce and served over jasmine rice It was awesome and easy. Didn't have dry mustard so i left that out and it still tased good !

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

I doubled this recipes in 2 seperate pots since the loin chops were large i had to.... i added to much water but drained it mid way and it still turned out beautifully and so easy to make...the family raved.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

This was very good and simple enough to make.... i adjusted to my family's preference and added garlic and used half and half instead of water for a creamier texture. I did cook it in the over at 350 for about hour and half and it was nice and brown. I will definately make again

WOW this was awesome ~ My husband let me know that this is now his birthday cake it was so good ! I didn't have oil on hand and used applesauce in its place and it was still yummy just increased the time by 10 min..

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Wow this was so simple with excellent results, i used 3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar and it was sweet enough. Served with dark chocolate cake from this site. Will make again and again ! Husband ate spoonfulls of it !

Dark Chocolate Cake I

I was worried with the batter being so runny but kept faith that it would firm up, i did have to cook it 40 minutes but that could have been due to my altitude. The family love it and is a must for those who love chocolate. Made cream cheese frosting from this site put it on while the cake was warm YUMMY !

I made this w/ what i had on hand which was just beef broth and lipton onion and mushroom dry mix and this turned out awesome... the flavor was great the meat tender and the family raved.... will definately make this one again.

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

Wow was this good ! I made the recipe as written but i took the suggestion of not draining the green chilis and mixing them with the spices and rubbing it on the pork holy cow did this smell good cooking in the slow cooker. Will definately make again !
