Roasted Brussels Sprouts

easy to do and who knew roasted brussels sprouts would be so yummy! Next time will add fresh garlic and maybe a mixture of real butter and olive oil.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

These turned out great and was easy enough for my 12 year old to do by himself! We followed the directions and I wouldn't change a thing.......maybe add chocolate chips next time :)

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This chicken came out juicy and flavorful but it wasn't sticky like a rotisserie chicken. I followed the directions exactly. will make again but maybe mess with it a bit

This was my first time using spaghetti squash in any recipe and I am glad to say that this was suprisingly very good I made as directed but added spinach at the end...will be making this again for sure!

Cucumber and Dill Pasta Salad

I love this salad and so does the hubby. To make it a little more healthier for him I did half olive oil mayo and half yogurt and he couldn't even tell. Thanks for this recipe since I lost my original

Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs

I didn't have asian chili garlic sauce but went ahead and made this and sub'd hoisin sauce instead and it tasted great. I doubled the sauce for dipping both the chicken and veggies I made.

Fish Tacos

I did not fry my fish but saute it in butter and lime and garlic....the slaw mixture was great for the first run next time I will choose to use all yogurt. Thanks for this recipe my family enjoyed it

Baked Buffalo Chicken Strips

for a baked chicken this was quite good. I used about 5 lbs of chicken tenders for the 2 c up buttermilk marinade. didn't have panko just used bread crumbs cuz this was a last minute decision to make. tasted great and was easy to make

Herman Pancakes

wow thank you so much for another use for my starter, these were easy to make and turned out fabulous. I used banana in place of the oil and added chopped green apples with some cinammon and vanilla extract yummy!

Tzatziki Sauce

I didn't have cucumbers so I am guessing that is a key step, i did use greek yogurt so it was nice and thick. we enjoyed the flavor in our veggie pita pockets

Black Bean Brownies

I didn't have chocolate chips to add to this and I did substitute apple sauce for the oil. So based on that I am giving it 4 stars. I used what was on hand and I liked it but family was so so . I thini it's a great alternative to the white flour version!

Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Salsa

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

I read through the reviews and decided to make this. I only have 2% milk in my house so this is what I used and I always bake my Yams Vs boil it brings out the natural sugars. Otherwise made as written and it was DELICIOUS!

Five-Veggie Stir-Fry

Easy Pork Roast

All I can say is WOW, my house smelled so good while this was cooking. The beans were delicous. The only thing I changed just due to what i had on hand was the beer i used miller chill 100 calories with lime cuz that is what i drank the night before. Definately will be using this again and agian!

(Amish Starter) ABC Muffins
