Chinese Broccoli
I used this for a sauce for a broccoli slaw and it tasted great thanks for something different to use on my slaw rather then a peanut butter !

Beef and Barley Soup II
This was a great way to use leftover strip steak that i had grilled....very easy to make, i did not add the veggies just kept with onions and a little garlic and the family loved it !

Oatmeal Baked Chicken
I really enjoyed this recipe and the family loved it to ! I did use half butter and olive oil and ran the oatmeal with spices in my food processor and it fooled the family they couldn't believe it was oatmeal !
