I really liked this salad... I used gorgonzola blue cheese, because thats what i had available... It was good, but i found the flavour a little too strong for my taste. What made me rate this recipe with 5 stars is that my dad, who is the pickiest person I've ever seen, loved it, he even ate my leftovers, something I have NEVER seen him do. I followed the dressing directions as they are on the recipe, but after blending I tasted it and added a little more vinegar and salt. It was just enough for 3 people. I recommend this salad, it is great and will definately get people to ask for more.

I used red Delicious apple,and because it is too juicy they came out a little bit gooey.... still, the taste was great, cant wait to do them again!
