My favorite things to cook
I really like pasta dishes. I've found some really good spinach recipes lately and those have been fabulous. I have a hard time with meats and we don't really eat all that much meat. I always use ground turkey instead of ground beef.

Chicken Costa Brava
I really love this recipe!! It is a little complicated to make it every week but it is definitely part of my monthly rotation! I usually serve this over rice because hubby doesn't like a lot of pasta.

Garlic Ranch Chicken
I bake this instead of grilling. I let it marinate in a 9x13 before baking. I just brush the ranch on the chicken. Super easy... hubby loves it =)

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair
I leave the chicken whole. Hubby loves this but I serve it over rice instead of pasta.
