Blueberry Coffee Cake
very easy and fast to make i left off the coconut and used butter milk instead of milk and butter in place of the shortening

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
excellent! I did cut back on the nutmeg a bunch. I used a tsp allspice and 1/2 tsp nutmeg and a tbs cinnomon. super moist it will be a family favorite for sure.
