I made this recipe last night for my husband, kids and Aunt. Everyone really liked it!! I made the recipe exactly as instucted, except I added a little basil. The best part was I was able to make it ahead of time so I just had to pop it in the oven. I was able to enjoy my guest!

Zucchini Tomato Soup I

This soup is SO good! I took the advice of another reviewer and added a can of tomato sauce. I also substituted ground turkey for the ground beef. We sprinkled shredded parmesan cheese on top. Delicious!!!
