Baked Pork Chops with Apple Raisin Stuffing
My husband doesn't like raisons, but I really loved this recipe. I had a little apricot jelly to use up so I put it on some of the chops, tasted great

Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
fantastic, moist. Don't try to make round cakes and stack,, (oops) but as a sheet cake this is my family's favorite
