Tomato Cucumber Salad with Mint
This was great! Made this at a roofing party, with a bunch of guys, and it was gone at the end of lunch! Very fresh and summerish!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
This is a very good soup. I followed the recipe to a T, except for the veggies. I added a little extra onion, carrots, and celery. Thanks for sharing, it was perfect when I felt a cold coming on!

Parmesan and Basil Chicken Salad
OMG, this was amazing, I grew a garden this year and had a ton of basil so this recipe worked perfect! My husband loved it and told me to make a double batch next time! I did add the sliced almonds to give it a crunch! Thx :)
