Sugar Cookie Frosting
I made this for my Christmas cookies. I used butter instead of shortening, and unlike other reviews, mine came out runny instead of clumpy. However, after adding a bit more sugar and spreading carefully to avoid a mess, it came out great. I used store-brand food coloring and it took it just fine. It took a few hours to fully harden and it only hardened enough so the cookies could be stacked. I will definitely be making this again.
