Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
This came out perfect, I left out the dill & added a little pepper to the cucumbers after I added the marinade. I love it & this was an easy recipe, which I appreciate. Thanks!

Reuben Sandwich II
I made this sandwich and it was great. I agree with a couple of the other people, you want to warm the corned beef and the sauerkraut first, but make sure you drain the sauerkraut very well. I would make this again and again.
