German Potato Pancakes
We make these at our restaraunt with baked potatoes and add chredded carrots and garlic and parsley everyone loves them with the fish fry aand choice of sour cream or applesauce.

Panettone II
I was in a rush making this and added the egg yolks to the dough machine anad saved the whites for the top crust. I also didnt add in the fruit. Turned out fantastic as my new every day bread. My friends and family ove it.

Christmas Eve Oyster Stew
I also added in leftover broccoli, diced baked potatos, carrots juliened and left over spinach leaves and a can of mushooms. Really turned out good and smelled delicious.
