Gourmet Pumpkin Pie
This pie has great potential. The streusel topping was tasty, but the filling needed to be sweeter to actually taste like pie. Perhaps adding some white sugar to the filling along with some pumpkin pie spice. I'm willing to try this recipe again....

Spicy Filet Mignon
I made this for my husband last night for Valentine's Day. It was WONDERFUL! We loved it more than the steaks we've had at Outback, Mortons, Ruth's Chris, etc. While they cook the steak perfectly, the flavor of the meat is bland. This recipe was incredible. Every bite was delicious. We will use it again and again and again. Forget the pricey restaurants, we're staying home!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Delicious! Didn't know something with so few ingredients could be so tasty. My variation: I used 3 soup cans of water (instead of just to cover), added 1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies at the same time as the biscuits, added herbs to taste and shredded the chicken after it was cooked and before it was served. Will do this one again and again!!!
