Curried Coconut Chicken
Delicious! My husband doesn't like curry but enjoyed this meal. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned, and a curry paste as that is what was in the pantry.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Yum! Great recipe and really easy to follow. It is a must to cover the top with some of the filling. The only tricky part is the pie is definitely juicy and I had to keep a pan under it while baking to prevent a smoky disaster. Delicious!
