I was planning on making a regular cake from 'scratch' but the cake totally fell apart when I tried to take it out...so I let the cake cool for quite a few hours and then made a ruch chocolate orange frosting. I did freeze the balls for about ten minutes before dipping. They tasted wonderful with white chocolate and coconut.

These cookies tasted very good! The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is because they're not quite the right texture...I want really thick, fluffy, chewy sugar cookies. Made a very tasty snack, though...and fun to decorate!

I didn't have any cocount milk on hand so I decided to try just regular milk and it worked! When warm, the bread did cruble a bit when sliced, but I served it with dinner, and it was devoured. The next day the second loaf was moist and delicious and not at all crumbly. Best pumpkin bread I've ever tasted!
