Delicious Chicken Casserole

I have made this several times and have found many ways to adjust this recipe. I have used canned chicken in a pinch. I always add peas and never add the broth. It's been a hit every time!

Easy Sugar Cookies

Great cookies! I did add about 1/2 tsp. of salt and practically melted the butter. To scoop, I used my 1/2 tsp measuring spoon (sprayed with a little bit of cooking spray). After they were scooped, I rolled the tops in colored sugar crystals and then baked for 11 minutes. Perfect! Do make sure to do a test batch (a couple of cookies) to get the time just right.

Peanut Butter Glaze

My son (age 9) made this to go on top of the Banana Loaf Cake I, from this site, tonight and it is amazing! It is not intended to frost a cake! It is supposed to be a glaze, or an icing. It is perfect! My son says "It is the best icing. Use Hampton Farms peanut butter."

Oven Brown Rice

Great rice! I used olive oil instead of butter and added sauteed onions, carrots, and garlic. I also had to cook it for 2 hours.

Cheese Dipping Sauce

Very good sauce. I didn't catch the powdery taste others have mentioned. We served it over broccoli and then added the rest to leftover pasta and stuck it in the freezer for a quick lunch.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

WOW! These muffins...let's just say I don't need my husband anymore :-)! I was a little concerned because the batter seemed quite thick but went with it anyway. I'm so glad I did. I actually had enough batter to make a full dozen.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Very good recipe. I followed the recipe exactly but forgot the fresh mushrooms and it was still good. Next time I'll play with it and jazz it up a bit more with some minced onion and garlic sauteed with the beef. It isn't as good as my standard stroganoff but it sure beats the heck out of the box stuff!!

Mini Sour Cream Biscuits

Amazing biscuits. I added about a half cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese and they came out so soft!! I didn't have a small muffin pan so I just did drop biscuits. Great recipe +++

Waffles I

I'm pretty sure that I'm not making it to Heaven because these must be a sin; a sin that I plan to keep right on committing! I have made these twice now. The first time was for 10 people between the ages of 3 and 53 and EVERYONE loved them. I just made them again for my 3 year old and myself. She said, "Mommy, you make the best, best, best, best waffles EVERRRR! I replaced my old iron about a year ago and was just about to toss the new one in the garbage because no waffle seemed to cook right...until now! This is my new (and improved) recipe for waffles. Ultra B, thanks so much for sharing such an awesome and simple recipe!

Peanut Butter Noodles

I just made this for lunch and my kids and I loved it. I made just two changes. I used egg noodles because that's what I had. I also added a little corn starch because the sauce didn't thicken quickly enough. I'll try giving it a little more time next time around. I love the versatility of this recipe. Next time I plan to add chicken and broccoli to the recipe.

Easy Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

This was fantastic! It was so moist. I did have to increase the cook time by about 10 minutes but everything else was perfect. I would not cut down the oil. The only thing I would advise against is using the Williams Sonoma Castle Bundt Pan. It was a nightmare to clean.

Clone of a Cinnabon

I'm going to have to try to make these again. They just came out way too dense. Almost like a biscuit with cinnamon, sugar, and frosting. I'm assuming I didn't let them rise long enough but after 4 hours of rising I just assumed they had done all they were going to do. I think I'm going to try them again tomorrow. I will *hopefully post a 5 star rating then.

Grilled Peanut Butter Apple Sandwiches

These sandwiches were REALLY good. Not only are they good; they have the potential to be relatively healthy. Both of my kids loved them and I certainly didn't complain. Great recipe to mix up lunchtime a little bit. Thanks for sharing!

I made this chicken last night. It is amazing. The flavor is awesome. I cooked mine in the slow cooker for about 7 hours on low. I'm making a small pot of soup with the leftovers right now. AMAZING!!!

Peppermint Meringues

My family can't get enough of these things. I have made two double batches in the past week. We have given some away and kept some for ourselves. I added a little bit of hot chocolate mix to the tops. The first time I made them I left them in the oven overnight because of other reviewers suggestions. The last time I made them I took them out after an hour and a half and they taste just the same. Great recipe!!!!!
