About Me
Well let's see...I was born and raised in Queens, NY. I now live in New Jersey with my husband and our furbaby Ginger. My husband and I were married on New Year's Eve of 2006. I am passionate about cooking...I love it! I love creating dish's, trying new recipes, cooking for people. My parents owned a restaurant so that is where I developed my love for cooking. I just finished writing a cookbook of family recipes. It came out so fantastic..my dad was even impressed. It was a wonderful experience collecting all the recipes from my aunts, mom, dad and my brother.

I love pasta so any pasta recipe.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love my dad's cooking! He is Greek and is such a fantastic cook. It's great because he never uses recipes, he just knows how to make things.
My cooking triumphs
My first Thanksgiving dinner! I had never made a turkey before so I was very nervous. I cooked for 6 people..my family and my husband...it came out great!
My cooking tragedies
