Basic Crepes

It was a good recipe and will become my crepe recipe that I use from now on. only problem was getting it fully cooked in the center.

Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade

It was ok. I usd chicken which I marinated and cooked in the sauce with some broccoli. The only thing I changed was using inexpensive plum wine instead of mirin (since I couldn't find any and they both are relatively sweet) and I used less garlic since 7 seemed like way too much. It was very salty despite having used both low sodium Tamari and less of it. I had to add a lot more sugar to make it even edible. It tasted basically like slightly flavored soy sauce. I won't be making this again since it was hardly much better than the bottled kind. I'm quite disappointed.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

It was fine. I did double the sauce and I used inexpensive plum wine instead of rice wine (I had it in the house). It wasnt bad but it really wasn't anything special, just beef in brown sauce and not the best at that.

Crepes

This was ok. It's hard to get them very thin because it cooks before I have time to spread it out! They never got very crispy and even if they did the center was uncooked. Also the first one absorbed all the butter (so I suggest a light cooking spray on a teflon pan) But for my first time making them they were ok with pizza sauce and melted mozorella cheese (a local restaurant makes "pizza crepes") Next time I'll thin out the batter a little and not use any butter.

Thai Peanut Butter Sauce

This was good. I made it without the corn syrup (it's just awful stuff) but substituted in some Stevia sweetener. My whole family enjoyed it with my own fried tofu recipe.

Strawberry Soup III

This was ok. I made it with strawberries that were kind of old and a buttermilk mix. I think the buttermilk was too strong and it wasn't thick enough. Next time I think I will try and make it with heavy cream instead of buttermilk.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

It didn't help that my fish was slightly burnt however I did not like this. My mom liked it but I wouldn't finish it. It wasn't anything special and it had a funny aftertaste. Will not make again.

Beef and Irish Stout Stew

This was very good. I made it with Killian's (didn't have Guinness) and I added 5 cubed potatoes.I agree that it lacked flavor however IRISH STEW TYPICALLY ISN'T VERY FLAVORFUL!!! Next time I might add some bouillon but otherwise its great!

Baked Brie in Puff Pastry

This was very good. My dad gave this 3 stars but I was hungry so I gave it 4! I would definitely add apricot preserves. I wasn't too sure about eating the rind of the Brie but otherwise it was very good.

Taiwanese Fried Tofu

I did not care for this. The tofu didn't fry up like I had hoped nor did it brown at all. The sauce was too salty ( despite my using light soy sauce) and I would not make this again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I made this recipe except I omitted the celery and onion (I dont like it). I thought it was good but a little bland. I'm from Lancaster country and our pot pie is much different than yours but I still enjoyed it and so did my family.
