My cooking triumphs
Most desserts. I made a killer tiramisu cheesecake and a great double chocolate rum cake with raspberry glaze. I also make great truffles.
My cooking tragedies
Cream gravy for Chicken Fried Steak. It was a first attempt and it did not turn out very well.
