Banana Chai Bread
I get rave reviews anytime I take this bread anywhere. People always ask how I get it so moist. The only thing I change is I do not brew the tea and I use straight chai mix no milk. I have been making this for years and love it. Best banana bread ever.

Eggnog Cookies I
My oldest daughter hates cookies but loves eggnog, so I thought I would give these a try. She ate them up so they must be good. I personally am not an eggnog fan but they sure made my house smell good. As with other reviews, I cut the nutmeg in half and used 3/4 cup eggnog. I also used a bit more vanilla. I made a frosting using 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1/2 cup of eggnog. They look and smell great and they passed the test of a non-cookie eater.

Chocolate Chip Toffee Bars
I made a few alteration on this bar and it turned out fantastic! First I doubled the crumb mixture. I found I did not have eonough to coat the bottom of the 13 x 9 pan and have some for the topping. Next, I used a whole bag of toffee chips. I found heath chips at WalMart. I covered the layer of milk with toffee chips. I used slivered almonds in these bars to give it a "candy bar" apeal and taste. On top of the whole thing I used 1/4 bag of chocolate toffee bits. Man were they rich but melt in your mouth yummy.
